It’s minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It’s 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 mins from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto’s finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 70 inch smart tv for all your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply soaps and fabric softener.) The home is suited for solo traveler and families alike.
24 hour check in is available via lock box, You’ll have full access to all amenities in the home, as it’s all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am. Late checkouts may be possible, only available upon request and is not guaranteed. My home was designed and crafted especially with our guests in mind. Please enjoy but also respect the home. No smoking inside, please no no parties or large gatherings, there are children. To both sides of home so please keep noise down after 10.
