The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 3 big Smart TVs for all of your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply detergent and fabric softener.) The home is suited for solo traveler and families alike. 24 hour check in is available via smart lock. If I'm not available to meet at check-in time a smart key code will be sent to you. You'll have full access to all of the home's amenities, as it's all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am sharp. Virginia trail is a paved trail that's ideal for walks, runs, or bike rides (we include a couple of adult-sized beach cruisers!) and it's located directly behind the home. La Loma is a Modesto staple that also has a great park on the trail that's fantastic for kids. Car, bike, or Uber are all ideal modes of transportation for the proximity of the home. It's situated minutes (by car) to downtown and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and a market. There's a small village with plenty of things to eat and purchase just 3 blocks away. We are a pet-friendly, the fee is $100 per pet. Your pet MUST be disclosed before booking, if you fail to notify us of their presence prior to check-in there will be automatic charge of $100. The home has original wood floors. Please be careful of dropping objects, it damages and chips easy. Trash is on Thursday mornings so please take the cans to the street on Wednesday evening. We have a portable pack and play and high chair available upon request. Our property comes with a stocked coffee (Keurig) and tea bar. Located in the living room is a smart-home speaker device for playing your favorite tunes, asking for driving directions, what the weather is outside or any other random fun fact you'd like to know: if you haven't used one I'd suggest giving it a shot. We have beach cruisers available. Bike trail behind the home leads you to market and restaurants just blocks away.
